For sale is a vintage Ibanez DT155 Destroyer from 1983. This guitar is in absolutely amazing shape for a 35+ year old guitar! Headstocks are usually knicked and chipped and the body's "points" usually have so much more wear from the shape of these. This guitar has such MINOR condition flaws. This definitely fits into the "VERY GOOD" condition and boarders on 'Excellent' if you take into consideration the guitar's age.

Very Good Condition: Very Good describes items with more cosmetic imperfections than Excellent, but are still in great condition overall. There may be some scratches, finish dings or buckle rash, but nothing that affects the playability or function of the gear. Very Good items can have more minor cosmetic imperfections.

Our in-house guitar luthier has gone through the electronics and gave it a fresh setup. It plays and sounds like it just came out of the factory in Japan! No scratchy knobs or extra noise at all. The neck on this guitar... FLAWLESS as far as condition. The only problem with this guitar is it hasn't seen enough play (judging by the condition)! Buy with confindence on this one.

Serial number K302506 dates this guitar perfectly to prior to June of 1983. Has original parts including tuners, tremolo arm, and pickups. We are not confident that the strap knobs or volume / tone knobs are original so please look at the pictures and confirm that this is still of interest to you even if they are not. Regardless, we did not replace them and they are consistent with the overall appearance and condition of the guitar.
